Hi! Hopefully I am in the right spot! After weeks of calling into the transfers department I still do not have a resolution. I am trying to transfer internet from one account to another. The address is not changing just moving to another account. Because it’s not available for that address when you search it, it won’t let us. Obviously it’s because the spots are all taken but they got the spot when it was and we don’t want to release it in case someone else takes the spot. Hope this makes sense and has anyone else run into this issue and get a resolution??
