Missing cover due to hurricane

The cover for the fiber optic box is missing in my condo complex in St. Petersburg, FL, due to flooding during Hurricane Helene last year. The cover is 2'X3'. The condo complex is Peppertree Lake Condos . The address is 11505 7th Way N, St. Petersburg, FL 33716. The cover is missing for the box in front of building 23. Are you able to replace this box?
