We have been calling and messaging Verizon wireless customer service and tech for days!!!!! And our daughter has been without a phone!! They told us we would have the replacement on Friday and we didn’t get it called Saturday just to be told it will be Monday!!! They told me they didn’t have the phone in stock! They didn’t call to let us know anything what so ever prior to spending 2 plus hours talking to multiple people. Our daughter had been without a phone this entire time in a new area! Go to the store, right?? She did (in an area she’s not familiar with) and they sent her off saying they couldn’t help her! THE VERIZON STORE! We were then told to just upgrade!!!! As the solution!!!! Beyond mad beyond disappointed with this company! They don’t care or understand the stress that we’ve been in! All this cramp started when the service when out in her area!
