link to upload docs

i need someone in verizon customer service to resend me the link so i can upload my docs. im don't have a phone so i cannot call you and i have no transportation and cannot easily get out to the store. please i need my phone ordered asap its how i make money. send me the link, i will uploadmy docs asap. thank you

ps....yea i replied to my own post...but ps....your chat with us now link is not working and icannot get through to anyone i have been trying for 2 days now. and no reply to my emails, i'm feeling some kind of way. i wonder if AT&T would treat me like the red headed step child i'm starting to feel like. (no offense to any ginger step children you are all loved by someone somewhere)

Have you tried going to the Verizon storefront and in the store page for phones, there's a button at the bottom right when you scroll all the way down which says "Connect with an expert" to get to a live chat? [edit] Admittedly, I haven't tried to use live chat via My Verizon on my PC lately, but I haven't had any issues getting live chat to work through My Verizon. If you are getting error messages, sign out and clear your browser cache to see if that helps. You can also try a different browser and disable your VPN if you're using one.
