I cancelled my phone line with Verizon several months ago and yet continue to get billed monthly. When I go to login to my Verizon account, I get an error message saying that I don't have a verizon account. When I call customer service, i get stuck in a loop where I cannot get through to a person and cannot get support because the phone line i'm calling about it not connected to a verizon account (because I cancelled my account). I should not be getting billed for a service that I do am not receiving. I have disputed this with my credit card company. Is there anything else that I can do? This is so frustrating!
