I can't even begin to explain my frustration after being a very long time customer with Verizon. I was convinced to upgrade not just one of my phones but both of them, being told that I would receive a $1,000 bonus credit if I turned in both my old phones. I did as instructed and returned both phones and received a $1000 credit on one phone and $90 on the other. I've called customer service multiple times at which time, they apply the credit and then by the next bill, it's being removed. They applied it again, and for the second time, it was removed.
I am so dissatisfied and now feel stuck and locked into a 3-year commitment. I'm ready to go to small claims court and file a civil suit. I'm tired of the repeated phone calls and trips to the store. I made the purchase May 31st and here it is the end of August and I'm still getting the runaround.
