I ported out of Verizon. My new company needs my previous bill. Phone customer service gave me run around for over 3 hours. Sent me to this link, - https://secure.verizon.com/accessmanager/public/c/fu/loginDisconnectedStart?goto= which claims to not be able to locate my account (I had my account for 23 years, and disconnected same day, yet somehow now everything is gone.). PLEASE HELP ME
