I wasn’t able to complete the survey after the call but wanted to give a shout out Ace for being amazing and so personable during our call. She was very patient and detailed in guiding me to troubleshoot the issues I was having. She also was very detailed in explaining questions I had which allows me to understand my options and situation. One of the best support and conversation I’ve had with a support representative during my time at Verizon. Keep it up Ace!!
