V-Drive folder is read only on osx

The V-Drive folder is read only on my mac.

On my windows computer, i can add and delete files just fine to this folder and after a while they will show up on the Verizon My Cloud account.

After adding the files, I can see it from my mac computer and download them. However, the V-Drive folder is read only so i can't add or delete files from here.

Is there a way to make this folder read & write? I can't modify the contents of the folder from my mac.

This is a system issue, VZ Cloud desktop app does not make changes to your file system or structure. I will be happy to try to assist you with the permission issue's you are having.

Let's make sure that you're able to make changes to your Verizon Cloud on your Mac without any issues. There isn't a specific setting that prevents the Mac from making changes. You can find more details on making changes here: https://www.verizon.com/support/how-to-use-verizon-cloud/ There's a section for "Manage Content" that goes into more details. Please let us know if you continue to have any problems.

I've read that and there's no mention on using the verizon cloud folder from your system file explorer.

Just to clarify, my question is about using the V-Drive folder on the "Finder" app (Shows up under locations, similar to other cloud storage solutions like google drive)

On windows i can read, write and delete files just fine using the file explorer.

Yes. The Verizon Cloud App iteslf works fine, its just accessing the folders in finder that doesn't accept new files.

To change a folder's permissions on a Mac, select the folder, press Command + I to open the Get Info window, and then click the lock icon in the Sharing & Permissions section to make changes. You may need to enter your administrator password to unlock it, then you can set the privilege for your user account to Read & Write.

I've tried this but i can't seem to add files through finder still. When i try to drag and drop a file into the folder there's a disabled sign.
