So i got the Verizon LTE Network Extender (model ASK-SFE116)... free from Verizon. Plugged it all up says active but when I dial #48 it says im not connected to the extended network. If you dial *48 like it says you just get a automated response saying if you want to be connected to a agent, which then leads you through even more robot stuff just to waste 5 minutes then you fet connected to someone....Reset the device same thing. Call Verizon and they say it's all connected and they don't know what the issue is.
Read more reviews on this and apparently it's not good at all. So I may just have to send it back. Which they will try and charge me $50 because of stocking fees... nah I got it free. Im sending it back free.
Getting tired of Verizon and ive had them more than 7 years now. Longer if we include on someone else's plan.
Might as well go to prepaid phones. Seems cheaper
