Hello, today a Verizon bucket truck with loose boxes in the back of it had one of its unsecured boxes with materials fly off their truck and strike my vehicle. It did damage to my front grille light and side of my vehicle. Driver did not stop so I took picture of truck got a piece of the box and want to file a claim with Verizon. I am going to state police to file a police report . Please advise who I talk to at Verizon. Thank you
