I have tried to speak to a live agent due to my services being interrupted. however I am set up for a payment plan for payment is sept 3rd. WHY IS MY PHONE OFF. I need to speak with someone asap, I work from home and need access to my phone. SEND HELP ASAP

MY CELLPHONE SERVICE HAS BEEN INCONSISTENT AND SPOTTY FOR THE LAST 9-10 MONTHS. I'VE SPOKEN TO VARIOUS VERIZON CS REPS WHO PROMIST THE ISSUES ARE FIXED. IT'S ALL LIES!!!! VERIZON YOU ARE TAKING MY MONEY FOR A SERVICE YOU KNOW I AM UNABLE TO ACCESS. I NEED A RESOLTION NOW!
