I have been having issues for months trying to upgrade my phone. I finally upgraded after 2 months and now my bill has an upgrade order that was supposed to be cancelled August 18th for a sold out phone. It’s almost September and it’s still listed on my account and stating bill will be over $500 because this sold out phone upgrade order is still showing on my account dispute 3 tickets by 3 different reps. I filed a BBB complaint and got a call from a Marshall in the Verizon executive relations dept at 8:52pm EST IDK WHY HE CALLED SO LATE. Very unprofessional and basically he wanted to leave a voicemail and not actually speak to me or else he would have called during regular hours. That was Friday 8/23/25
have not heard back from him I left him a VM 8/25/25 still nothing. I asked for his supervisors info via email because this is ridiculous and unacceptable. I will be filing an official complaint because this is unheard of.
