Unable to switch network extender to Hybrid or Closed access

Exactly as other people have written: I received my LTE Network Extender today and got it setup and connected. When I go into My Verizon, I see it there. I can access its settings to change access from Open to either Hybrid or Closed, but when I do so, I am unable to save any numbers to the access list. No matter what number I put in, I get the error message "The first number you add to this list must be from your account". It is my number and I'm the account owner. I've tried the other numbers on my account and they all throw the same error. I've tried different browsers and incognito mode just to rule out it being a browser problem. How do I enable this feature???

Hi, the 'Managed Access' Feature has been non-functional for a while now. At this time there is no way to manage it. Verizon's IT department is aware of the issue and is actively working towards a solution. If your use case is where you have neighbors close by you can try lowering the "Transmit Power" in the extender's local admin GUI settings to help mitigate. If you're having issues where your devices are not automatically connecting to the extender, then that is a different issue and process.

1. Press the button on the left side panel near the screen until you see an IP Address displayed.

2. From your computer that is connected to the same home network as the extender, type the IP address into the browser's URL bar and enter.

3. Now you should see a login page. The pw is LTEFemto0000 (with the zeros representing the last four of the MAC Address found on the back label or the screen).

4. Once logged in, from the left side menu select 'Settings' and then from the drop-down menu select 'Advanced' Uncheck the box for 'Automatic Transit Power Mode' and use the slider bar to set the desired range and select 'Save'
