in an online chat right now....Rep spends more time with formalities, thanking me for my patience rather than finding a resolution. Are these chats legit and what is number to TALK with someone at Verizon?
The chats are legitimate, but the people on the other end are a 3rd party company and not directly with Verizon. The other guys do the same thing with their CS too. It can be a matter of getting the right person and keep on trying thing, if the first person you get isn't that knowledgeable.
