Restore service

Hi I forgot to pay my payment arrangement so I have to pay the whole bill. It let me set a date for 5 days from now so I thought that would be a service but it didn't. Basically does the payment arrangement allow me to restore service or do I need to pay it now. And if the payment arrangement does allow me to restore service how do I get it back on because it's not back on

From what I could find on the website, if you were disconnected for nonpayment, the entire bill must be paid plus a $20/line reconnection fee to get service turned back on. Service gets restored when your payment clears the bank, so when it exactly it will come back on depends on how fast the payment gets processed by your financial institution.
