I have auto redeem and it doesn't work. I have accumulated over $350 and my verizon visa dollars does not pay my bill nor does it give me gift cards etc. It shows on MyVerizon page as usuable. I have spent nearly 30 plus hours on calls with Verizon and Synchrony. I have linked the card to account and spoke to countless supervisors and other agents. No one answers back. I had one gentleman from this site try to help but, all his trials did not work and no longer responds.
