I recently moved and required by my lease to carry Xfinity at my new home for internet and security. In doing so, they offered a bundle that made it difficult to remain with the Verizon Wireless service I have used for DECADES. I made this choice begrudgingly but it was a dollar and cents thing.
Days later, I need to look up some legacy bills for financial reimbursement from my employer and now cannot access any of them.
Problems I have encountered:
1) The system prompt recognizes my account but not my password. This results in being "locked out" - which I already effectively was.
2) A prompt pops up for accessing disconnected accounts but it does not recognize my zip code (which is nuts as both my new zip code and the old one - which I lived at for 7 years) does not work.
3) Every other attempt - phone, web, chat - goes through the same exact endless loop.
Please tell me this is not intentional! I paid my bills for years on end and now have zero access. I came here in hopes that a human being at Verizon could help me.
