I need to reach someone who can help me get my refunds back from my orders I placed back in May that got cancelled but I never received my refunds back as of yet. I reached out to support countless number of times and they don’t know how to help me. When they don’t know what to do, they will transfer me to a different department and the cycle starts over. At this point, I’m so close to filing a complaint with the FCC if this doesn’t get resolved. So Verizon I’m giving you guys 1 more chance to give me my money back. That’s all I wanted is my money back from products you guys couldn’t deliver.
