CR200A IP Address - Constant Change - Search Results bad - Markp

Hi Folks

i have a CR200A and it keeps moving my IP address Today its ABCD Tomorrow it is WXYZ and the location moves from San Diego to New York and everywhere between

I live in Orange County CA 92630 Today i google example Home depot and it gives me results for Home Depot Ohio ( example ) . Tomorrow Riverside - 50 miles away , 2 days from now Florida 2500 miles away . This is causing my (1) search results to be wrong, (2) i have to 2x authenticate to my password protected websites - over and over

Question

1) How do I set my router to have and IP address Lease that only expires when i power off for for more than (x) ?

2) How do i keep my IP address from bouncing ?

3) How do i get my IP address to at stay in my surrounding GEO , 0 - 20 miles from my location ?

The goal - any way we can solve this it to get and IP and keep and IP until the lease expires due to disconnection.

When i had Cox & ATT it was 1 address until it was released , and the release was (4 hours ) of off line
