I’m so annoyed that my bill goes up and down as much as $30 a month and I make zero changes! I look at the bill and see they don’t even have the correct phone listed on the bill but the website shows it. They show that I have an old phone on my bill that I switched out almost 2 years ago. The business website is a joke and calling customer service takes hours off your life and your get a different answer every time you call. I’ve had business account for 15 years and before that a personal account for just as long. You’d think I’d get a loyalty discount, NO. My son is active military and he gets a whole $5 discount and my husband is a vet but we get only one military discount per account. Not right! Looking at another carrier now.
