After possibly 100's of calls, 40 plus hours, a magnitude of supervisors and even more agents in customer care.

Jacquetta and Balter from this Social Media Group gave me resolution and worked with me until completion. I appreciate them so much!! Best of the best. I've been with Verizon 40 years and staff like this make me want to stay!

Great to hear at least a workaround has been found for the Verizon Dollars not going over to My Verizon. If you could share some general details on how they fixed it, that'd be awesome.

They had me delete the app reregister from all phones and they credited my account. They did some other things on their end but it worked out. I believe mine did have a glitch and it wasn't the connection between Synchrony and Verizon.
