Ok so I the original 5g whole home internet plus plan, which would be the ultimate now but I don’t want a new gateway because mine finally started working after my last community post, funny how that works. An extender was added to my plan months ago and i finally had them send me one so if i ever ended service I wouldn’t be charged for equipment I never received. So the lady on the phone ordered it but she ordered the LTE extender for some reason which is not compatible with my gateway because it’s not 5g. I do not want LTE it’s slow I got the highest plan for a reason I don’t want anything other than the highest plan that I was promised and that I agreed to pay for. I don’t want to call either because every time they start messing with my service and plan them next thing I know it’s not working for another week
