The customer service representatives promised multiple times I would receive a promotional Nintendo switch. I had to call back and be put on hold and told I do not qualify each time. I have called and talked to 5 people already and 3 promised I would get the promotion and just today the lady told me I didn’t qualify even after giving her a reference code I received last week from another lady saying I will get the switch. Spectrum was better.
