3 days no wifi cube style reseptical
did all trouble shooting with AI and have an open case with Verizon companion. When I come to check on my progress, it just says that my case number has been submitted. That is it. I get put into a text box loop. Very very annoying no results it’s been three days I went to the store and they told me I needed to get the newer up dated receiver. How would I get this if I can’t get any information on my open case
