There are multiple telephone and fiber optic utility boxes near my home that are in various states of damaged and should be repaired. I have no interest in navigating Verizon’s endless phone system to try and find someone to tell this to. I’ve seen that moderators will reach out in the situation and I hope someone will do the same.
