No data connection

My S22 ultra made me update my phone, and after the software updat I can no longer connect to my network, nothing works, unless im using wifi. I live in redlands California 92374. Not sure in I'm the only one having these issues. This is a problem for me because we are leave for the long weekend, and know my phone doesn't work.

I'm having the same issue with my s25+ my data and network is just not working. Tried everything from turning off sim and on, airplane mode for 10 minutes, restarted phone, cleared system cache, resetting network it just spins on searching for network when I choose Verizon.

There is a widespread outage affecting people all over the country, but it's not everyone. My phone has had service all day, but if you were hit, Verizon is aware and working on it. Use the "Check network status" link to the right under the "Get help from Verizon" box to keep track of things, and sign up for updates.

, you mentioned having an S22...unfortunately, there's a hardware issue with many S22s where the charging port board and flex antenna go out, causing the phone to not work on cellular at all and will only work on WiFi. Once the network outage resolves, if you still have no service except on WiFi, then you will need to take the phone to a repair shop to have the aforementioned parts replaced. The parts are cheap, so would be more whatever the repair shop charges for labor.
