I live in a gated community and there several damaged and/or broken Verizon lawn covers which are a safety hazard since they are near the sidewalks and exposing very large holes with wiring. How do I get someone from Verizon to replace these covers? The inner size is 14 x 18. Currently, there are three (3) that are damaged/broken which need to be replaced. Please reply in a timely manner since trying to call someone at Verizon has returned ZERO results.
