Samsung s24 not updating

I am from India, I bought a samsung s24 through my relative as I like snapdragon variant. I am able to access Indian sim cards. But my software is struck to android 14 one ui 6. I tried connecting to verizon software update tool but the next button is Greyed out. I am not able to update any software and still stuck with 10 month old software please help me to resolve this issue

We're not allowed to discuss it in detail here, but I'm wondering if something was done to the phone in the past and that's why it will no longer update. Such manipulations eventually make the phone brick itself.

me too having same issue with my s24 ultra its US variant and now using in India and software version stuck on 1 may 2024 patch ,please help me to if you found any solution
