It is nightmare to get connect to Verizon and get help.
It took almost couple of months to get replacement Modem for home internet after almost 4-5 hours of talk time and this replacement was for 6 years old device where my internet connection/ wifi was dropping continuously.
Now I got new device/ router and to activate I have to call Verizon as per instructions, but it isa more than 50 mins I am just on hold. Such a pathetic service.
I think I have to find alternate soon.
