I have been trying to redeem my JBL party box promo for 2.5 days now, the site and app give me an error, and I have spent several hours on chats (8 times now) and all they do is give me a link that takes me back to the same place I get the error. Then they say “give me a minute to look into this” and about 30 min later they end the chat…I had one get as far as to offer a rush shipping for the inconvenience and verify my shipping address, but after 20 minutes of consulting with the “backend team” (non existent btw) also disconnected the chat. If you don’t want to honor promos, why offer them? This is definitely not winning me to switch h over all my business lines or personal cell service.
