As a new FIOS Verizon home WiFi customer, part of the promotion deals were to redeem the Nintendo switch (which I did on August 21st). Despite many hours on the phone with Verizon and chat representatives, I have not yet received the switch or any updates if it’s even on its way. Looking at the community board, this seems to be a frequent issue and feels like Verizon is false promoting products just to get more customers and then not actually delivering them…
