Hello I have a Netflix subscription on +Play that is associated with a line that was ported out, therefore I am unable to manage or cancel the Netflix subscription on the +Play site.
I have contacted Verizon on this issue multiple times, and the previous two times I was assured it was canceled, would not be renewed, and I would not be charged. However, I received a renewal charge and an e-mail from +play confirming the charge to my credit card of $26.65 on 8/31/25. The subscription is “Netflix Premium RTB 12 months” and I have the transaction number in this email.
I did not authorize this transaction and will be disputing the charge with my credit card company, I will also file a complain with the FCC. Can anyone confirm how to actually get Verizon to cancel this ongoing subscription immediately, and refund this fraudulent charge? This is an obvious problem that many have had judging by posts on this topic. How can we get Verizon to pay attention?
