So I ordered a Pixel 10 XL and 4 accessories on Wednesday the 27th with 2 day shipping. The box arrived and my step dad signed for it. Opens the box and only the screen protector was there. The order status says complete despite me reaching out to support multiple times. First I was told over the phone that they needed to push through the rest of the shipment and I would get updated tracking. He gave me a ticket number. Then on Sunday I called again with that ticket number in hand because this didn't get alupdated tracking for the missing items. The rep said that ticket was marked resolved??? He gave me a new ticket number and said they would look into the missing items. Has anyone else experienced something like this and any recommendations to share?
