I previously used my landline phone number, which is connected to a softphone, for 2FA. Unfortunately, my account has been locked, and the only recovery option currently available requires receiving a text message.
As I’m based in Germany and do not have a U.S. mobile phone number, I’m unable to receive the required SMS to unlock my account.
Could someone please advise on alternative recovery options or how to proceed in this situation?
