I am checking in to see if anyone has any suggestions. I returned a defective device and provided the UPS tracking number. Verizon has no record of receiving the device and subsequently charged me $1100.00. I have called twelve times with each call lasting no less than 2 hours. I finally received a 'payment investigation' tracking number and on the last call was assured that I would be refunded the money within 3-5 business days. That was over two weeks ago. I have to retell the story with each call. I am routed to an alleged supervisor after an hour and then start over.
I am not sure if Verizon monitors these threads.
