I have found that I can no longer sign-in to my prepaid account. I found that I cannot receive messages from verizon either. Because I don't get texts from verizon that means I am unable to speak to customer service as it requires me to get a text and respond before it will let me speak to someone. I called many times over the Labor day weekend and someone finally answered the phone. They kept me on the line for hours trying to make me get a more expensive plan, or they would not be able to give me a transfer pin so I can escape this terrible company. I eventually spoke with a supervisor with no command of english and she sent me a code I needed to get a transfer pin. She said she would call me right back and I could exchange the code for a transfer pin. She never called me back. So, I'm very stuck here, I can't even escape from this lousy outfit. If you have any ideas, I'm all ears. I'm thinking I might give it to my attorney with instructions to make as much trouble and cost for verizon as possible for harrassing old people. These people need a good punch in the face. Thanks.
