Our Verizon LTE Extender for cell service stop working around August 12. Have 0-1 bars at home, in a "dead" area in big city - sometimes SOS. Verizon sent one replacement extender, didn't work, then another replacement extender that still can't connect. Logged into extender Admin and it passes all the steps except "Connecting to HeMS Server." Similar to other customers, spent 6+ hours talking with Verizon Customer Service, went through usual checks like factory reset, turn router off/on, etc. I see that in February 2025 user ckd1191 said this domain isn't registered: http://tr069-casahems.vzwfems.com:8080/hems-web-ui/ws/cwmp. Hopefully VZ Support could help with the same solution they gave him/her: "They sent me another LTE 4G Network Extender which had the URL updated to the following: HeMS Url: http://[2607:f160:8203:a06c:c0:160:0:20]:8080/hems-web-ui/ws/cwmp-server Removing the "bogus" URL and pointing to a specific address fixed the issue" Just want to be able to make/receive calls at our home, service we are paying for and not receiving. Thanks anyone with suggestions!
