Engineering has responded, but unfortunately, they claim to have investigated and haven't been able to identify any issues. It’s a disappointing and frustrating result, especially considering how long this has been going on and the ongoing impact on us as customers.
I’m following up with them and asking that they take accountability. If that doesn’t lead to progress, I plan to escalate further.
In the meantime, it would be helpful if each of you could briefly recap:
- The current status of your issue(s)
- What you've already tried to resolve them
- The impact this has had on you or your family
