I recently hit the 65 day period to redeem my offers from switching my internet to FIOS. I was able to redeem my gift card, and was even able to submit my order for a Nintendo Switch. When I submitted my order for the Switch, I got a confirmation email with a confirmation number. It said that it would ship in 3-5 days and I would get another email once it shipped. However, the item never shipped. I tried checking my account, and there is no record of the order being placed. I tried checking the status of my order with the online support, and they could not help me with my order status. Today, I went to check my home offers tiles, and it let me attempt to redeem the Nintendo Switch again. So now I have two confirmation codes, but no updated order status. I see a lot of posts on here saying they call support and support cannot help them with this, so I was hoping that reaching out here could help.
I know that I am elligible for the reward because I was able to redeem my other rewards, it is just the Switch that is being strange.
