Why is Financial Services closed at 9:10am ET on a Thursday? I was told to contact them as soon as possible (which should be 8am ET) but every time I call 866-266-1445 it says the call center is closed. Why is no one there?
Hi Ravenpatrick, were you able to get through to somebody? Our financial services dept is open M-F 8am-10pm ET and Sunday 10am-7pm ET . You can also try calling 800-754-0961 to speak to someone in financial services as well.
The hours for our Financial Services team are:
Mon-Sat 8:00AM - 10:00PM ET
Sun 10:00AM - 7:00PM ET
