I’ve been getting the run around for over a month and 40 hours of phone calls and chats. Verizon refuse ls to come out and bury their Fios cable. I urge people to stay away from getting this service until they get more competent. They refuse to finish the services that you are paying for and will give you every excuse in the book as to not come. They scheduled me 13 appointments and have missed every single one.
