disconnected mobile member-am I entitiled to any of the money I prepaid them for the month

HI, I was with Versizon for serveral months on a prepaid plan. I had nothing but issues with them and they could not find my account half the time. I left them for another service. Am I entitled to a pro rated amount of what I paid them for the month. Thank You.

I'd have to say no, because prepaid plans are non-contract.  When I ported out briefly while in the middle of a billing cycle on a prepaid plan, not only did I not get any refund for the part of the month I didn't use, but when I came back in less than a week, my old prepaid account also could not be reactivated because "winbacks" only apply to postpaid customers.
