A Verizon Corporate Store sales rep input my address for a $600 order incorrectly after I specified I had an apartment number multiple times and attempted to sign me up for a home internet plan without my permission after I expressed that I wasn’t interested.
I am now trying to update the address of the order as UPS won’t let me change it to add the apartment number because the sales rep also forgot to include my email address on the order. UPS says the sender has to update the address.
After speaking to 8 support agents over 3 days about this, 5 have said they successfully updated the address on the Verizon side and the UPS side (they didn’t), and the other 3 just bounced me around.
I’m not really sure what I’m supposed to do here. I’ve requested to cancel the order but none of the support agents have been able to fix that for me either.
