Can't claim my $200 Verizon gift card promotion For my new 5G Home Ultimate Internet plan

I'm reaching out to the community for help with a missing promotion.

On August 19, 2025, I purchased the 5G Home Ultimate Internet plan. My device number is 947-339-5794. During the checkout process, a promotion for a $200 Verizon gift card was included in my cart, and it also appeared on my receipt.

I've since activated the service, but I've had no luck finding out how to claim the gift card. There is no notification about the rebate in my account, and I can't find any instructions on the website. What is the promotion Code for this promotion?

I've already contacted customer service, but I'm hoping someone here might have some insight or a solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
