I activated a new line with byod + on my account and received nfl sunday ticket free on August 17 and I'm still waiting for an email to activate my sunday ticket . how long does the email usually take to get?

As long as you have met the eligibility requirements and are past the redemption start date in My Verizon, we expect you to both receive the email for this and have a redemption tile in My Verizon to redeem the promotion through. Hello I activated on August 3rd and have contacted a couple times and have been told to just wait. It’s been over a month so please send me a message. Upgraded phone to iPhone 16 and added a new line, and was told at the store at the time of the promotions.Over time have quadruple checked I qualified and when I go to my Verizon plan right now it says I do. Cant access the tiles or proceed past any basic “Sunday Ticket” screen.No email over a month and the game is Sunday please help me and message me.
