Signed up for 5G WiFi at home. Don’t need it. Was convinced by the store rep that I should have it. I was also promised a $200 Amazon gift card. I was told that I would have to wait about 60 days before I could redeem it. I signed up for it on June 11. 60 days later nothing. Contacted Verizon. They said I should have it by that Friday. I called again another month later, and was told by the rep that I was being punished by Verizon because I had a payment arrangement on one of my bills that if I paid the payment arrangement, I will be able to get my gift card. That doesn’t make any sense to me. But I did make my payment arrangement and I cannot find anything for my gift card and now I have to call again and wait for more reps to figure out absolutely nothing to get stuck in this hamster wheel? I keep seeing that this is a common problem with Verizon. I’m discussed with Verizon and I wanna switch away from them. I’m discussed that they would promise me something and I have no clue it could be wrong information consistently. I wouldn’t have gotten this service without the Amazon gift card incentive. My Verizon bill is over $300 a month. how? I have no idea. You, think they would treat me better than this
