Can't apply verizon dollars to my bill

Have used Verizon Visa for a few years to get Verizon Dollars to apply to my monthly bill. Have been able to do without any problem until yesterday. When I try to apply the available verizon dollars via the MyVerizon app or website, I get an error stating "We can't complete your request right now". Called Verizon..could not tell me why not working all of a sudden nor are they able to apply my Verizon Dollars to my bill (seems silly to me). Anyone else got same issue?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the My Verizon app? This problem was reported a few months ago by several people, but seems to be working for most now. One user did report the problem occurring a week or 2 back, and reinstalling the app plus some tweaking on Verizon's side fixed it. If reinstalling My Verizon doesn't do the trick, ask to be escalated to level 2 tech support.

All I am able to do is uninstall all the updates, not the MyVerizon app itself so did that & updated again. Also have cleared app cache & data. Still got same problem

I am having the same issue. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app did nothing. Also tried on a laptop on the website and still got an error.
