Hello and there is no fee to talk about getting you set you with NFL Sunday Ticket. The service is free if you sign up for Verizon Home Internet, upgrade to an eligible smartphone, add a new phone line or bring a phone you own to Verizon. I can check your account on this. -Ross
Wow, I completely get your frustration. Being a long-time customer and dealing with inconsistent reps and missing chat history would drive anyone crazy. Hope Verizon sorts it out soon you shouldn’t have to fight this hard for something you’re already entitled to.
Thanks. In a way I finally got it, but not really if you think about it because I'm still having to pay, you definitely have to jump through hoops though, it's not fun. New customers is the focus. Best of luck to you with any future problems you might have
I found out that a representative that asks about helping with billing and setting up payments for me is what costs $10, it's ironic that that's how the conversations usually ended with setting up some sort of payment hence the $10 fee added. I had also added a phone number and line already. So in the end I'm paying for the phone, getting the NFL free, so nothing is actually free the way advertised. That was the only solution the verizon agent gave me. Went from (in my chat on 31st) getting the NFL package free as a thank you for being a customer for so long to having to pay regardless. So no matter what things with Verizon are not advertised properly, it's a ploy.
