ONe Talk app on Windows 10 keeps crashing, and when it comes back up unresponsive
Have you updated to the latest release is 3.5.1? This update addressed crashing after opening the application.
To check what version you are currently running:
If not, unistall the application from either above and then delete the One Talk's AppData Folder:
*If you don't see the AppData folder this means its hidden from view and requires you to enable the setting. To do this, locate the View menu in the ribbon and select Options > View and select the radio button for "Show hidden files, folders, and drives." and select Apply and then Ok.
Once this process is completed, restart the computer and download the application from Verizon's download page and install it. https://v4b.verizonwireless.com/onetalk/downloads.html
In the event you are still having issues, reach out to the developer via their email address (steps provided by @SynthpopAddict ) and provide them with the Application error logs from the Windows Event Viewer.
I looked this up, and it's an app for business customers. If Business Support doesn't have an answer for you, I'd email the One Talk app team at the email address given under "App Support" in the link below (we're not allowed to post email addresses directly in the forums):

We'd like to help with this issue. Please tell us a little more, do you have the latest version of the app? Are you having issues with other apps?

No problems with other app. Internet connection is good . It’s up then all of the sudden the app disappears and then when you open it back up( the app) it hangs or not responding then it crashed again and it does that for hours sometimes.
I am a business agent and I have seen this issue with a few of my customers. There should be a command line parameter to start the program with logging but I have not figured it out yet.

Thanks, I will try that, and btw One Talk app is up to date
I uninstalled and reinstalled the One Talk App, still the same issue unfortunately
Did you delete the stored data files from the AppData folder per Fdbk's instructions too? If clearing out the appdata and reinstalling One Talk hasn't solved the problem, then it's time to contact the app support group via email and/or try some other app.
